This handbook was developed to implement the main provisions of the Concept of State Policy in the Religious Sphere for 2014-2020 adopted in the Kyrgyz Republic. Its authors included representatives from various government agencies and independent researchers. The Guide details the specifics, principles, and methods of conducting religious studies and comprehensive psychological and linguistic examinations. It is of interest to religious scientists, linguists, psychologists, lawyers, human rights experts, and other specialists in the socio-humanitarian sphere.

The second edition of the Methodological Guide to Conducting Religious and Comprehensive Forensic Psychological-Linguistic Expertise in the Kyrgyz Republic was prepared under the UN Office on Drugs and Crime Program for Central Asia, Subprogramme 2: Criminal Justice, Crime and Corruption Prevention, with financial support from the UN Peacebuilding Fund.
